Plan your tripCan I change one of these journeys?
Yes, and most people do. Every itinerary on this site is a starting point. Pace, the order of places, where you stay and how long you linger are all movable. If you want two nights in Ella instead of one because the walk looked good, say so.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
December to March is the busy stretch, and the smaller hotels in tea country fill up first, so more notice helps then. Outside those months a few weeks is usually plenty. Write when the trip starts to feel real rather than when it is fully worked out.
Do these work for families?
Several are marked family-friendly. The thing we usually adjust is driving time, because long transfers are what wear children out, not the days themselves. Tell us the ages and we will rebalance the route.
I am travelling alone. Is that awkward?
No. These are private journeys, so a solo traveller gets the same vehicle, the same driver-guide and the same route as a couple would. The cost per person is higher because it is not being shared, which we will show you plainly in the quotation.
What happens after I send the form?
A person reads it and replies, normally with a couple of questions before suggesting anything, because guessing your pace from a form usually goes wrong. You will also get an automatic copy of your own enquiry so you have a record of what you sent.
Will you ask for card details?
Not through this website. The enquiry form collects contact details and trip preferences only. There is no payment field anywhere on this site.
