What the form collects
Your name, email address, a phone or WhatsApp number, your country, the journey you are asking about, your arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children travelling, an optional note about budget, and your message. That is the whole list. No payment or card details are requested anywhere on this site.
Where it goes
Submissions are delivered by email through Resend, the service that sends mail for this site, to info@charmingceylon.com. A copy of your enquiry is also sent to the address you entered, so you have a record of it. Your IP address is checked briefly in memory to stop repeated automated submissions; it is not written down or kept.
What we use it for
Answering your enquiry and planning the trip you asked about. Nothing else. We do not sell or pass your details to anyone, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising network, no analytics script and no third-party tracker on any page. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page tells nobody else that you visited.
Seeing or deleting what we hold
Email info@charmingceylon.com and ask. We will tell you what we have from you and delete it if that is what you want.
Changes to this page
If the way we handle enquiries changes, this page changes with it.
