Days 1–2: Arrival & the West Coast
Photography coming soon
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to your beachside hotel in Negombo. Use the first day to recover from your flight — Negombo's long sandy beach, Dutch-era canal, and bustling fish market offer a gentle introduction to Sri Lanka. On Day 2, explore the town's colonial churches, take a boat ride on the Hamilton Canal through mangrove-lined waterways, or simply relax poolside before the journey inland begins.
